Officer aids gunshot victim after shooting at Motel 6
SAN ANTONIO - An officer working on the city's east side was working on another case when they heard approiximetly A San Antonio police officer was working on another case when a shooting occurred at the Motel 6 on IH-10 and O'Connor. Witnesses reported a couple arguing outside the motel before a car started shooting in the direction of the woman. The officer was able to apply a tourniquet to the victim, who was shot in the arm and chest. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition. An investigation is still ongoing.

SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio police officer on the city's east side was working on another case when they heard approximately five gunshots in the area.
The shooting occurred around 6:15 Thursday afternoon at the Motel 6 on IH-10 and O'Connor.
According to witnesses, a couple was seen arguing outside the motel. A car then drove by and began shooting in that direction.
A 51-year-old female was shot in the arm and chest. The officer was able to apply a tourniquet while EMS arrived at the scene.
It is unsure whether the victim was the intended victim or a bystander.
The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.
An investigation is still underway.
