$6.4M San Antonio shopping center nears finish as tenants sign on
Crews broke ground on the San Antonio retail hub last March. Since then, it's seen a lot of activity. Here's what we know about the development. A Northside San Antonio shopping center, Stone Oak Mercantile, has added two new tenants to its lineup, with Chocolate House and Ondee Head Spa and Wellness occupying 4,620 square feet. The two-story, 57,325-square-foot project is being developed by Fulcrum Property Group, which is helping develop the site. Other businesses include Box St. All Day Brunch and Paris Baguette, Crust Pizza Co., JetSet Pilates, The Gents Place, Black Rock Coffee, Swish Dental, and Boogie Nails and Lash. Construction is set to be completed on Monday, November 30.
