The victims initially claimed they were outside a house party when they heard gunshots and were grazed by gunfire. However, a witness told police that the men had been shot in the parking lot of a hookah lounge in the 6200 block of Binz-Engleman Road. The incident was not immediately disclosed. In other incidents, a train conductor saw a woman walk onto the tracks and attempted to stop the train, but it hit her at about 20 mph.
