Next week San Antonio Water System will begin extensive work to replace water mains along much of East Hildebrand Ave. between McCullough Ave. and Highway 281. San Antonio Water System (SAWS) will begin extensive work to replace water mains along much of East Hildebrand Ave. between McCullough Ave. and Highway 281. The new pipes will reduce water losses and improve the reliability of the City's water system. The first intersection will close at McCullough and E. Hildebr on Monday, October 26 at approximately 3 a.m. The project and traffic flow maps are available at saws.org/NewPipes.
