This arrest follows closely on the heels of the apprehension of the first suspect earlier in the week.
According to police reports, the incident traces back to a drug deal gone wrong.
The victim, identified as Juan Guerra, purportedly engaged in the sale of marijuana to the suspects. However, the transaction took a deadly turn when the suspects allegedly resorted to gunfire, resulting in the death of Guerra.
Jakob Kawazoe now faces capital murder charges in connection with the incident.
