Cars stolen from Six Flags during Fright Fest: What we know
"Please take protective measures to secure your vehicles," said one person who claimed their car was stolen during the popular Halloween event. Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas, is hosting Fright Fest, which offers movie-themed haunted houses, scare zones, live shows, and more. However, social media users have reported that multiple cars were stolen from the lot during the event, prompting cautionary tales about visiting the area near the theme park. A Six Flags Fiesta spokesperson confirmed that two vehicles were stolen, but the thefts were not reported to the park. The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) is currently investigating the case.
